Seeking to give you a quick response to your questions, we've created a list of the most common questions with the corresponding answers, prepared by our Customer Support team.
1. On what terns may I cancel my reservation? This information is available in the Terms & Conditions item. Please take note that not all travel products can be cancelled free of charge, even within a 72 hours period, since they may implicate direct costs for Guides In Portugal. If you decide to go ahead with the cancellation, please contact us through our Customer Support team. Provide your name and booking reference number so that we can inform you whether or not there is a cancellation fee.
2. Can I change or modify a reservation? Any change depends on the nature of the change that you require. Not all products may be modified after confirmation; some have severe cancellation fees. Please read our Terms and Conditions or contact our customer support team by e-mail so that you may be informed about cancellation terms of the product you booked.
3. Where is the meeting point of the tour? The meeting point of each tour is mentioned in the program, please see the “Meeting Point” icon. If by chance the meeting point is not mentioned in the Program, you will be notified by e-mail when you receive the confirmation of your reservation together with your Voucher.
4. Travelling in a group. For groups with 15 or more participants please contact us via e-mail info@guidesinportugal.com
5. In which languages are the tours available in ? The majority of the tours are available in English, Spanish, French & Portuguese. We also have tours available in German, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Arabe, however these are subject to prior confirmation.

7. How long does it take to confirm my reservation? The majority of the tours are confirmed at between 12 to 48 hours.

9. Does Guides In Portugal send a ticket ? The voucher you receive serves as proof of purchase of our tour. You can print the voucher and bring it with you. We also accept the electronic voucher displayed on your tablet or smartphone.
10. What to do if I´m running late for a tour. During office hours, please contact us by Phone to 00351 224942854, however, there is no guarantee that you may participate in the tour if you are late. Arrive 10 minutes before departure at the meeting point. If you need to contact in the period out of office hours, please contact the guide directly. After your purchase, you will receive the contact details of our guide.
11. What happens in the case the tour is cancelled by the Guides In Portugal? The cancellation of a tour will only occur in exceptional situations, being the decision up to Guides In Portugal. All clients will be notified and, if this happens, you will be refunded in the full amount of the visit.
12. What is the difference between Taylor Made visits and the Packages that feature on the site? Taylor made visits are totally defined and adjusted to your dates and preferences. We prepare the program, taking into account the details and information provided by you. The Packages displayed on the website, are arranged offers with a predefined price, date and itinerary.
13. What to expect from a visit organized by Guides In Portugal? Our visits are themed based tours, that allow you to have experiences that will link you closely to the culture and landscapes of Portugal and make you discover new places, people and traditions, with all the amenities and security you need to be comfortable.
